Irfan is a finance professional with 28+ years of international work experience in alternate investments.

In Infrastructure, he has lead investments in telecom, roads and renewables while in Real Estate, he have invested in industrial, hospitality, residential, commercial and stressed assets.

He has held senior investment responsibilities in 8 funds including as a CIO in 4 funds – a Hedge fund of funds (USD 20mn), a hospitality fund (USD 200mn), an industrial (warehousing) fund (USD 250mn+) and now in SWAMIH, a stressed residential asset fund (USD 1.4bn).
