Anshuman Goenka is Head, Private Equity at IIFL Asset Management. In his role, Mr. Goenka will be heading the Private Equity (PE) practice in identifying growth opportunities and leading investments for IIFL Asset Management.

He has a rich experience of more than two decades in private equity, investment banking and consulting.

Prior to joining IIFL AMC, he was with Investcorp India (earlier known as IDFC Private Equity), where he led coverage of healthcare and financial services and also invested in consumer companies.

Earlier, he was with Standard Chartered PE and Baer Capital Partners. Prior to his PE career, he also worked at BCG, Accenture and Rabo India.

He is an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and has acquired an MA in Economics from Cambridge University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College. He is a CFA Charterholder from CFA Institute, USA.
