Dr. Pritesh Majmudar is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Master of Law and a Ph.D in law from University of Mumbai. His area of research was Corporate Governance.

He is with DSP Group for last 15 years and he currently heads the legal & compliance function at DSP Investment Managers. Previously he was Head – Compliance and Company Secretary at Morgan Stanley.

He is an active member at various committees at Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and IVCA.
