Sharad is the CEO of Motilal Oswal Real Estate (MORE). Sharad joined MORE in 2013. With over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sharad has been instrumental in building MORE’s investment platform.

Sharad has helped steer the growth of MORE’s real estate investment business from scratch to an AUM of more than INR 5,000 Cr. having made more than 80 investments across 8 cities in India through the platform during this time. With keen attention on active asset management of the portfolio, he has also established a strong record of profitable exits from investments. Sharad has also been proficient in raising capital commitments from both domestic and global investors.

Prior to joining MORE, Sharad was associated with ICICI Prudential AMC, ICICI Bank, ASK Property Investment Advisors and First Rand Bank.

Sharad is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National Committee on Real Estate & Housing. He is also a member of IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry committee on Urban Development, Smart Cities, Real Estate and Infrastructure. Sharad is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Sharad is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from Delhi University.
